The Role

As a Teacher of English, you will:

In addition, as the Literacy Coordinator, you will:

  • Develop and implement the school’s literacy strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with subject leaders to embed literacy across the curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of literacy initiatives.
  • Track and analyse student literacy data.
  • Keep up-to-date with current literacy research and best practices.

  • Passionate about student success and committed to raising standards.
  • Able to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
